This Brooklyn Park Rambler feels like new construction.
Even though 6512 Tessman Terrace was built in 2015, it still feels brand new. The current owners had input in the building process and were forward-thinking in their design and structural selections. Dual-Zone heating is one convenience that is often overlooked when building new construction, and it is expensive to do but luxurious to have. The Kinetico water softener and reverse osmosis system is another significant upgrade that usually gets included in a brand home.
More upgrades are not always included in new construction
6512 Tessman Terrace has a multi-zone sprinkler system that also waters the flower beds, plants. The 700 square foot attached garage is insulated, plumbed for gas, and equipped with two high-end insulated garage doors and quiet belt drive garage door openers. The professional landscaping includes paving stones around the house and surrounding the 12x13 patio. The oversized windows have UV film.

WHAT WE LOVE ABOUT THIS HOUSE What have you enjoyed most about this house? Our favorite is the pond and brushy area directly behind our lot. We see some wildlife nearly every day! I love that the laundry room is on the main floor, thus is no need to climb stairs at laundry time. The stairway with its landing and extra-wide size is another favorite. We like the flat front yard AND flat back yard in a walkout house. Everyone is friendly without being intrusive. We love all the bike paths nearby, especially the one to Coon Rapids Dam. Elm Creek Park has a great bike path, too. There is also have swimming in the summer and sledding in the winter. Highways 94, 169, 100, 252, and 610 are all close, enabling you to get anywhere quickly and easily. 610 is incredibly close and, as it is still a fairly recent addition, there is still relatively more minor traffic on it. Light rail is planned with a station at Broadway and 85th. For the last year, the average bills were: natural gas (CenterPoint Energy), $55.94 per month electricity (Xcel Energy), $74.48 per month water bill through City of Brooklyn Park was $222.12 per quarter (irrigation included). Why are you moving? We need a larger house as we combine households with our daughter, son-in-law, and grandson!!!
